Location: Gadarpur , Rudrapur , Haldwani, Pithoragarh, Champawat, Moradabad, Sitarganj, Bhimtal, Bazpur

Essential Requisites:

• Graduate degree or Post Graduate degree or equivalent qualification in French (A1/A2/B1/B2).
• Good understanding of Lower Secondary , CBSE and IGCSE French syllabus.
• Excellent English and French language skills.
• Professional ethics and passion for teaching.

Desirable Criteria:

• Knowledge of and experience in implementing active learning, differentiated learning and meta cognitive strategies in teaching.
• Completion of CBSE/Cambridge introductory or extension training in the subject.
• Ability to source or create different instructional resources and methods to meet varying learner needs.
• Ability to understand and implement the Scheme of Work for the subject.
• Dynamic, goal oriented and self-motivated.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare lesson plans, worksheets and relevant resources for the subject on a fortnightly basis.
• Conduct formative and summative assessments and provide timely, constructive feedback to students.
• Regular correction of notebooks and assignments.
• Plan and professionally conduct student progress meetings with parents.
• Actively participate in the planning and professional learning sessions of the respective department.
• Plan and organise extension activities to enhance student learning in the discipline.
• To bring to the notice of the Director/Principal or Supervisors, any challenging issues at the class level.
• Deliver all non-negotiable tasks defined by the Supervisors.
• Be an active member of the school community and support its distinctive vision, ethos and policies.
• Take ownership of one’s own professional and personal development.
• Successfully deliver any special duties assigned from time to time.
